Brand new EVERYTHING! Be one of the first people to stay in this HUGE, gorgeous unit at Long Beach Resort, located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Just steps from the beach and everything you need is here in this completely remodeled and perfectly decorated condo!! Beach chairs are also provided in the condo when you book this property. Beach chair service is included for the 2026 season!

Enter into the kitchen and enjoy the granite counters, stainless steel appliances and HUGE island. Completely stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals, you can chat with family at the large island, or keep your eye on the big game in the den, just steps away in the living area. The open concept layout makes this a perfect space for entertaining, whether you are watching movies on the flat screen TV, making cocktails at the *wet bar* or relaxing at sunset on the terrace overlooking the white sand beach. Don't forget about family game and movie nights in the large living area with plenty of seating for everyone!

You will have more space than you need here! The Master bedroom has a King bed, with an en suite bathroom, its own flat screen TV and AMAZING ocean views. The spa- like bathroom is completely renovated and the furnishings and linens are new in ALL bedrooms. The second bedroom has a King bed as well, and its own remodeled bathroom with double vanities and new tile. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV and its own bathroom just steps away. The third bathroom is ALSO remodeled with room for plenty! The FULL sized washer and dryer is in the unit for your convenience.

Just steps from the ocean, your days will be filled with beach activities, pool time and shopping. Pier Park is nearby, and you and your guests will never be bored! Starting in August 2025 Long Beach Resort will be commencing renovations with an expected completion date of April 2026. This will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways and stucco. The construction crew will be committed to mitigating disruptions as much as possible. Pools will be off-limits for much of the construction time and balconies will be inaccessible for a period starting in November 2025. Noise levels will vary and occasional jackhammering of concrete will create high noise levels during this time.

The Most Perfect Condo In PCB

This property, by far, is the most perfect you will find in PCB. Very clean, exceptionally beautifully decorated & with anything you could need in the spacious kitchen including higher end cookware and gadgets! All 3 bedrooms are spacious with ensuite bathrooms & access to a balcony! The beds are very comfy, and all 3 bathrooms are spacious and spa-like. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Condo on the Beach overlooking the Pool was a real beauty. My family and I loved this place. Beautiful decor, beautiful views. Balcony access from every room. We had issues with mice. Had to throw food away I contacted the rental company and went to the office at the complex. They put traps down and was told that they were federally protected cause they come from the dunes by the office at the complex

Excellent Property!

This condo is fabulous. I have stayed at several condos in PCB over the years and this one was the best. It’s so spacious! The weather didn’t cooperate with us during our stay and the beach had a weird vibe due to spring breakers so if we come back it will be in the summer. The kitchen is nicely stocked with quality items but there are zero cleaning supplies. I like to clean as I cook and there was nothing but a sponge. You have to bring everything along those lines, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish tabs/soap, etc. There is a wal-mart across the road but the shelves were bare….no coffee filters in the condo or at Walmart was a problem for me, so don’t forget those! The king beds are very firm but the queen beds had nice soft toppers. An extra blanket or two would have been nice (one thin quilt per bed). The showers were awesome with great water pressure. As far as the property grounds: parking is great. Catching an elevator was not happening so we lugged everything up the stairs but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. The pool area is very pretty but needed to be cleaned. This condo is the most convenient condo in the entire building as far as accessing the pool and beach. If we go back to PCB, we will stay here again.

Second - and last - stay for our family

We had stayed in this unit previously and loved everything, however ownership has changed. Communication with the property management company was spotty. I reached out before our trip via phone and never heard back; I reached out again via the Vrbo app during our stay and heard nothing back, however did get contacted after calling in again. The unit overall was tidy, but we did note rodent droppings under the kitchen sink and silverware with food caked on it. We unfortunately found out that between the time we booked and the time we arrived, the new owners decided to no longer include the beach chair service ($350 for 2 chairs and an umbrella for the week) without updating us. We also struggled with security managing noise complaints; our family was woken up in the middle of the night three separate times by the same group throughout the week. Whenever we would call security they would blame the bar across the street or people out on the beach, each time we had to convince them it was actually the unit above us. Overall the property is still great, but I do believe that management of both the unit and the entire property is going downhill. We unfortunately will not be returning.
