*Your unit is literally steps away from the sand at Long Beach.
*Eat at the beach or eat-in and go back to the beach. Great ice cream and pizza spot at the end of the road to take to the beach and enjoy.
*There is a bath room at the walk-in level which is convenient. along with your own private outdoor shower to wash all that beautiful beach sand off.
*Sit on the top deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the salt air.
*If you plan it right and you love the beach, once you park the car you won't have to get back in it till you head back home.
*You have the entire town home space and decks/terraces, beach chairs are available to use.

This property has been in my family for 30 years and we are so happy to share it with you. A favorite spot for myself, kids and now grandkids for every summer. It is very close to Long Beach with lots of amenities for you and your travelers of all ages!
