This 1 bedroom 2 bath single family beach home has a comfy king size bed, fully stocked kitchen and beach bed swing on the deck to enjoy coffee during the sunrise. It has all the comforts of home. It's the perfect secluded beach vacation.

It's centrally located between VA Beach, historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, downtown Norfolk, and Norfolk Naval Station.

Perfect for us

We loved the beach cottage! It was just the right size, ok the closet is huge. We watched the sun rise over the water while sipping coffee on the deck. The beach was quiet which was great for our dog. We were close enough to attractions that the drive time was never bad. It was a lovely relaxing time and our hosts were always available and considerate. We would love to stay there again.

Rick and I met in 2017 and from day one, we loved going out and travelling. In our first year of dating, we visited the Florida Keys, the ancient Bristlecone trees of the Inyo National Forest, Cartagena, Columbia and El Nido, Philippines. In addition to our love of travel, we found that we enjoyed bringing those experiences into our home. In the following years, especially during COVID, we attempted several DIY home projects and interior design upgrades to our home.

Halfway through the COVID years, we thought about where we could be happiest while we telework, and the beach was on the top of our list. Eventually, we found the perfect getaway in Willoughby Spit, Norfolk, VA where we blended our passion for travel, home projects and interior design into our home and our vacation rentals. And from the start, we have truly enjoyed sharing our beach experience with others and hope to do more in the future.
