This gulf front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a full-size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin-size bed on the top bunk. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We'd love to come back!

Clean and delightfully-decorated condo, very close to elevator. Great Gulf view. Well-equipped kitchen. Worked well for mobility-challenged family member. Beach is a very short walk from elevator with no steps. If we ever come back to Ft. Walton Beach, we'd be inclined to reserve this unit.

Best way to visit the beach

The place was clean and roomy. The pool was great, and the beach was about a 1-minute walk away. Our kids are not great with eating at restaurants, so the full kitchen was a convenient way to keep them fed. Next time we come to Ft. Walton Beach, we hope to stay here again.

Best rental property ever!

Will most definitely be staying again! The condo was super clean!! They gave us plenty of towels, blankets, soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent! The location was amazing!! Can’t wait to book my next trip!

Great location - Beautiful View

The condo was perfect, not too small and not too large for the 3 of us. The only issue was the fridge ice maker did not work but we managed without it.

Family friendly

My husband and I stayed with our 5 children ranging from 16yrs to 3yrs old. Plenty of space for sleeping everyone comfortably. The location was perfect right on the beach and walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. Best part was only 20 min from the airport. Over all amenities (heated pool hot tub) were extremely clean. Host provided more than enough towels for beach and showering for a huge family. (which I appreciate more then you know!) also included for our beach days, 2 chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost! Over all would recommend for family or a relaxing get away with your spouse!

Good location

Unit was as pictured and nice. Good location to walk to a few restaurants and convenience store. Wished we would have brought our low seated beach chairs to sit in the ocean in. Only found two small negatives, one the sink in the master bath would drip a small drip and you could hear it at night unless you closed the bathroom door, and every time you turned over or moved in the bed it would squeak (noisy). Nothing major, just minor things. Would stay here again.

Great place for families

Great place for families! We are a family of 4 and there is so much room in this place. I think you could fit 8 people comfortably if you wanted. Right off the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was rainy for the 2 of the days we stayed there and it was a double red flag condition (no one was allowed to swim at the beach). But having the pool and in walking distance to most places is great. I would stay here again. If anything can be done better, I would say the check in process. We arrived 10 mins before 4 PM and could not get into the room and had to stand outside in the cold rain till the door code after 4 PM. I would say if the unit is cleaned and ready, allow for the door code to work immediately.
