Item stolen from our condo

As a vacationer paying to stay at a vacation condo on the beach, I should not have had anyone come into our condo and remove food items. For staff I spoke to repeatedly about food items being taken out of our rom. Which I know for a FACT was stolen is wrong. Staff I spoke to insinuated I was incorrect as if I was making this complaint up. This was just wrong!!!!! Thieves in your staff!!!!

Beds was clean and comfortable. The gate and entry code worked perfectly. There was open communication with host if needed. Location was perfect for our event at convention center. Shopping and restaurants close by. Plenty of bath linen but wish there were extra blankets. Only thing I didn’t like were the large bottles of opened complementary body wash, shampoo and conditioner that was left in the shower. Unopened bar soap or small unopened bottles would be more sanitary. I personally travel with my own but even if I didn’t I wouldn’t want to use something others have touched. We ate out so can’t say about utensils or cookware but appeared to be a full functional kitchen. It was good for our purpose. Check in/out was smooth and simple.
