Our home is located on the 2nd floor. Enjoy the spectacular Players Club just a short bike ride or walk (one mile away) has it all including 12 tennis courts for the tennis enthusiasts, Bocce Courts, pickle ball courts,3 pools(1 adult lap), state of the art fitness center and restaurant. Lovely and spacious coach home with 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. Lovely Master bedroom with king bed, access to lanai, walk in closet, separate bath with tiled shower, double vanity and soaker tub. Large 2nd bedroom with queen bed and large 3rd bedroom 2 twin beds. Two dining areas along with large living room, high volume ceilings, recessed lighting and breakfast counter. Spacious kitchen with granite counters. Separate laundry room and sunny lanai. Private association pool just a few doors down. Just 12 miles to Marco Island and 8 miles to prestigious downtown 5th avenue. Tastefully furnished and meticulously maintained.

Lely vacation home

My wife and I had a wonderful three month stay at the Gustafson's home in Lely. It was a very spacious condo and well appointed. Christine was very accommodating and we couldn't have had a nicer place to stay. The resort itself offers all the amenities anyone could ask for. We made ample use of the fitness center, pool and restaurants right on the property. It's a great place to winter.

An Enjoyable Stay

We spent 3 months in this unit and loved every minute. It is centrally located equidistant from Marco Island and downtown Naples. It is located on a quiet residential street. It is not only super clean but it has all the amenities you would want. The owners,Christine and John were readily available to answer any questions we had in our stay. We would definitely recommend staying in their home.

Great location, nicely decorated.

Clean, nicely decorated, kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook. Any “stuff” from past renters is cleaned out so it feels more like your own vacation condo rather than a typical rental. Bikes in garage are new and Players club is just a 5 min bike ride away. You can walk to the 2 public golf courses at Lely. Lanai is comfortable and cozy only small thing is that the lanai faces the road behind and at times can be a little loud. Nice beach chairs for heading to the water. Owners are attentive and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended this place.

My mother-in-law moved into the neighborhood just a few years ago and we decided to have our own place just a short walk away. We recently furnished this property and will continue to make improvements throughout the year. As anyone knows it takes time for perfection.
