Thank you Deborah for your feedback. I appreciate your feedback and will ensure that the place is cleaner. I have made some changes since you left. Also apologies on the rate i mistook for you some other guest who hardly communicated with me .

The property is on an estate that is split into two so depending on the direction you are coming from & the map you are using you could be directed to the wrong side of the estate. Nevertheless I always send out directions to all guests explaining that the flat is on the side of Steventon road where the estate is facing. I find that majority of my guests find it easily while some I have go the extra mile to direct them, this I have been doing for that past 5 years. I will also like to explain that this is my private home not a serviced accommodation ( I did note that in the advert) which I let out on VRBO and other sites such as airbnb while I am away on holiday so there will be some personal items in the flat nevertheless it is very discreet as all personal items are packed away carefully away from the sight of guests. Items such as tissues, bath gel,shampoo, hair conditioners,bath salts, toothpaste, bathroom slippers, shower cap etc are left in the bathroom for guest to use as I notice in my years of hosting guests do require such items so I make it available. in some cases if these items are not empty it will not be discarded at it can still be used. Furthermore items can be found in the sitting room as well such as wall paintings, wall mirror, novels and trophies which were given to me from various charity organisations and church I support in reaching out to people in need. These items form part of the decorations in the living room however they are arranged properly & not scattered all over the place. In terms of the kitchen items such as spices, cereals are left there mostly by other guests and if they are unopened they are being left there incase other guests will like to use it. The refrigerator which is always clean could have drinks, snacks and spreads which i use and other guests are welcome to use if they wish but then again these are just one or two items that don't clog up the fridge & there is enough space for guests to use. If guest wish certain things to be discarded i am happy to do that as far as that is communicated to me. Hygiene & cleanliness is something i try to keep so in a situation where a guest checks out & the place needs extra cleaning or makeover such as painting out stains or taking out stains from the carpet that will be done however this is always done before d day the guest checks in not on d day of check in.To ensure that guests do not experience any discomfort.If guests do not like anything changes can be done.
