Wonderfully central apartment located in one of the best parts of London, minutes away from museums and shops in South Kensington.
There is level-3 cleaning and disinfection of the apartment after each stay, using disinfectants for specificdisinfection, and anti-microbial gel provided.
All linen is washed at very high temperature wash.

This is an exemplary clean and hygienic apartment with a large outdoor terrace, hugely practical in given the light exposure and natural warmth of the flat.
Inside the apartment we have a cloths washing machine, fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and all kitchen utensils.

This lovely flat includes a very modern layout, exquisite terrace and an inviting reception area. Ideally for a single guest or a couple, it has a very comfortable double bed.
Within a few minutes from shops, pubs, tubes and buses.
Also great for shopping and sites viewing, although the surroundings are quiet and peaceful.
Immaculately presented flat, perfect location near metro and many bus routes. Within 5 minutes bus from museums, many shops and restaurants nearby.

The flat is very comfortable, modern and has a roof top garden terrace.

EXTREMELY CONVENIENT - 1 bedroom roof top flat. The flat is located in Earls Court on very quiet one way street, 4 minute walk to tube station and on both Piccadilly Line and District Line.

The flat is also VERY CONVENIENT for the Olympia Convention Centres.

Nice top-floor flat. Convenient to Piccadilly and District lines. Very quiet location, tucked away on a 1-way street with very limited traffic.Not obvious from the picture, but the window in the bathroom is now partially frosted. Also, there is a two hob (burner) induction cooktop. Host was very responsive to questions, and instructions on how to access etc. were very clear.

Quiet garden in the back.Terrace is a plus specially in the summer.The sofa is very low and could use new cushions.A shelf in the bathroom is needed to put your necessities items ( toothpaste, brush, soap).Host was very helpful and accommodating.Just remember no elevator in the building and the flat is on the 3rd floor. It was not a problem for us.

Adorable flat!!

Loved this flat in Earl court! It was just me but perfect for a couple as well! The terrace was perfect in the evenings to sit and read and book as well as have a glass of wine. The only downfall is that is is a top floor flat and I was there in a bit of a heat wave. Was very warm up there, there is a fan for some relief!

Great place to stay in Earls Court. Close to stations and bus stops to center of London. Well equipped with all you need for a meal in. Wonderful back patio for bird watching. Owner was very responsive and super helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Earls Court beauty

The apartment had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. It was very comfortable and a short walk to Earls Court tube. Having the iutside area was a definite bonus but you need to mobile to negotiate all the stairs. Communication was prompt and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Good place and convenient location

This was a very nice place to stay for my short visit to London. Excellent location in Earl’s Court and near an underground stop and grocery store. Clean and comfortable interior. The neighborhood felt safe even after dark. My only complaint is that the neighbors immediately across the hall had a very noisy party on Friday night forcing me to stay with friends that night. All-in-all, though, the apartment worked out quite well.

home away from home in a perfect location

I stayed at this lovely flat for six weeks while working in London. I was so sad to leave--it really did feel like home! The location can't be beat, as it's central and also right around the corner from a Tube station with two lines, and another Tube station with overground train service. The patio in particular was a daily respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Federica was a wonderful and communicative host and made sure everything was comfortable and clean for me. I hope to stay here again next year and anytime I'm back in London!

The flat was everything I expected. Clean, neat and comfortable. Less than a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court Tube and a Tesco Express is right around the corner. All of the appliances are in good working order. It was great to be able to do laundry and soak in the tub every evening. I enjoyed a few meals out on the roof top terrace. Federica sent me a couple of nice emails making sure everything was well at the flat. I would stay here again.

Great Flat in Earl’s Court

We enjoyed a wonderful week in the apartment, conveniently located minutes away from 2 lines on the Underground. The owner Federica made the process smooth and trouble free, even allowing us early access on check in day to drop off our bags. The flat had everything we could have wanted, including large comfortable bed and bedroom, large living room with couch chairs and dining table, stovetop, fridge and washer, and a beautiful garden terrace to enjoy the sun! It was in spotless condition when we arrived and my wife and I enjoyed our 9th wedding anniversary there immensely. We loved loved our stay and plan on returning.

Perfect location

Loved staying in the flat with my partner while we were in London! The location is really ideal -- just a few minutes walk from two tube locations, with access to the District & Piccadilly lines as well as the Overground. The flat had really nice light being on the top floor, and the street + flat itself were nice and quiet despite being near two fairly busy roads. Federica was quick to respond to our messages and the check-in and out was great! Our flight ended up arriving early and Federica allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. Cleanliness rated 4/5 as we noticed some mold or mold stains on the shower squeegee, but the rest of the flat and the shower itself were very clean. Overall an amazing place to stay, we would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to London!

Perfect base to explore London

Property was, as many others have noted, very well-situated; only a 3 minute walk from the Earls Court tube station, which serves both District and Piccadilly lines. The flat itself was spotlessly clean, bright (being on the top floor), and the terrace was a huge plus, especially during the first days of our visit, when it was quite warm. Yes, there are stairs, which were not a problem for us, but something to be aware of if one has mobility issues. Our communication with Federica was extremely helpful and she answered all my questions promptly. Lots of closet space, a decently-equipped kitchen, and washer were also a plus. Loved it and would definitely recommend!

Ruhig und zentrale Unterkunft

Wir waren 5 Tage hier um die Stadt zu erkunden. Idealer Ort um abends wieder Energie zu tanken. Gemütlich und privat. Bushaltestelle ist wirklich um die Ecke…… Tube auch ganz nah. Wir haben nie länger gewartet.Fussläufig , kleiner Supermarkt hat bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Wir haben abends sogar gekocht. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht…. Sehr gutes wlan, kleine nette Eichhörnchen kamen auf die Terasse. Die ist im Sommer sicher großartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ruhige schöne Dachwohnung

Die Wohnung ist genug gross für 1-2 Personen und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist toll, in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Tube ist gleich um die Ecke und auch einkaufen kann man überall. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist auch sehr angenehm.

Perfect holiday apartment for two

The apartment corresponds in every detail to the description and is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the next tube station and close to all the sights. We particularly enjoyed the sunny terrace. If you master the stairs to the third floor, you'll be rewarded with a rather quiet, sunny apartment. Die Wohnung entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung und hat die perfekte Lage - ganz nah an der U-Bahn und der Innenstadt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Terrasse. Wenn man die Treppen in den dritten Stock geschafft hat, darf man sich über eine relativ ruhige, sonnige Wohnung freuen.

Great location

The property is as billed. Great location, a short walk to the tube station with grocery stores, pubs etc. on Main Street. Our only issues were a chain smoker in a flat below and a steep, narrow staircase leading to the top floor suite. We had to alter our arrival date at the last moment and Federica was very accommodating.
