Take a 3 minute stroll to Cape Porpoise Kitchen, Bradburys, Musette, and other popular restaurants & shops. Walk down the picturesque Pier Rd and Langsford Rd to capture the views and lobster boats in Cape Porpoise harbor. This house sleeps 15 people maximum including use of the 3 sleeper chairs. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Both floors have their own primary en-suite! The first floor features a stunning chefs kitchen with enough space to cook for everyone, living room, dining area, and a primary bedroom en-suite. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a couch, table & chairs, games, and sleeps 7 with 3 chairs that fold into twin beds, and 4 twin size futons. The garage has a ping pong table for those rainy days! The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen/living room area. Step outback and relax in the private fenced in yard. Patio furniture, outdoor dining table for 8 people, and BBQ grill included. This property is well equipped with beach chairs, linens, cooking supplies, and much more. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! This property has parking for 5 vehicles maximum. This property has a 30 lbs pet weight limit and maximum of 2 dogs with prior approval only. Pet fee is $125/pet.

Great weekend getaway

This house was amazing. So nicely finished and plenty of space for a large group. Best part was the big island in the kitchen for everyone to gather around. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to make everyone comfortable. The guest house was perfect also. The property manager was really attentive and checked in with text messages to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in process was very easy and the house had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to anyone else. 10/10!

Great House

Incredible spot! Close to the beach, town and several good food options. The space was great for a few families with kids—plenty of room to be comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.
