Family fun awaits you at Bear Cub Splash! This 3 level cabin is perfect for your family trip or a couple's getaway (sleeps up to 10). Experience a true mountain cabin only 12 minutes to the action in Gatlinburg and minutes to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! Complete with a heated, indoor pool for relaxing or wearing out the kids! Want to see wildlife? Bear Cub Splash is in the Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg and is very well known for seeing bears of all sizes! Beautiful views from multiple decks...enjoy breathtaking sunsets! Complete with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and gas grill!

❇️ 3 bathrooms all connected to bedrooms and include showers. Addtionally, a half bath on main level. Important to note that there is not a bathtub in the cabin.
❇️ All bedrooms have king beds and two sleeper sofas also available
❇️ Fully-equipped kitchen for all of your cooking/baking needs
❇️ BBQ grill and seating for six on the deck (we provide the propane)

Property rules:
1) Renter must be at least 25 years old and is required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
2) A $500 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking, after signing rental agreement. This is a hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, as long as no damages are reported. Please note we are API connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez, to safely and securely place and remove security deposit holds.
3) NO smoking (anything) inside the cabin.
4) No pets allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet
5) DO NOT USE charcoal in the gas grill.
6) Please read our cancellation policy. No refunds after 7 days prior to arrival for any reason.

- Please remember that you are staying in a private cabin, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and leave it in good condition. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as is reasonably possible.
- Cabin is in the woods. There will be insects and critters throughout the area and, despite solid pest prevention treatments and all reasonable measures, some will undoubtedly find a way in.
- Ladybug migration occurs every fall. Please do your best to keep doors closed during this time.
- Bears are dangerous. Please educate yourself on bear safety precautions, keep all doors locked and food unavailable.
- We provide starter coffee pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- PLEASE keep cover on indoor pool when not in use. Leaving the cover off causes evaporation of the water, which requires refilling the pool and drops the temperature.
- Use the hot tub and pool AT YOUR OWN RISK. Do not use if you are pregnant or have health problems.
- We do not give refunds based on weather, illness, job loss, natural disasters, power loss, or other things that are beyond our control.
- We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover your vacation in the event of unexpected changes.
