Minimal Checkout Tasks! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The water gets hot almost instantly. Snacks, there are snacks and water, including some gluten free choices! The Host was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We will definitely come again!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house. Close walk to the beach. Walking distance. Beach area not crowded at all. House is clean, Beds are great, decorated nicely. Owners very helpful with any questions and quick to reply. Will definitely stay there again.

Shelley was an awesome host. The home was very clean, setup for the rooms was very nice. The location is convenient to the beach and the main road. The patio is a nice spot to sit your coffee in the morning. I highly recommend this location.

My sister, mom, and I had the best time on our girls weekend! The place was so clean, decorated so cute, and they even had a welcome basket with snacks for us! It’s a short walk to the beach and in a quiet area. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay. The property was very clean (I am extremely picky about cleanliness) and was thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed. Lots of nice details making the home feel cozy, and welcoming. Location is great, close to the beach. We will definitely be back. Property manager, Shelley was also great.

Beach Hideaway

It was awesome. Extra pillows and a fan for my wife to comfortably @ night. The Condo was very clean and very comfortably. After a long day on the beach, biking, paddle boarding and antique shopping, it was nice to back to a relaxing place that i could have call home. Communication was quick to the point, if we needed anything. We would love to stay the beach hideaway in the future. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

This place was amazing! The place looks just like the pictures that are posted. Excellent location to the beach. Welcome snacks and letter gave a sweet, welcoming touch. Host was very friendly and answered any questions and even suggested the BEST doughnut place! We will definitely be going back and I would recommend this place to anyone who asked.

I can’t say enough positive things about our recent stay! Shelley was so quick to respond and made sure every last touch was perfect! My boys loved the little snacks she left and the welcome card was so special! The house was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable! It stormed while we were there, so we were able to relax on the back and front porch! Both areas were very quiet and welcoming! The neighborhood was quiet and located in an area that was convenient to town and the beach! Thank you, Ms. Shelley, for hosting my boys and me. Everything was perfect!! We will visit again soon!

Great Vacation!

This is a wonderful retreat for a vacation getaway! Everything was clean, convenient access to the beach, restaurants, shops, downtown St. Augustine, etc. Very comfortable and relaxing! The gift basket with snacks, drinks and note card when we arrived was absolutely lovely and there were plenty of misc. supplies already stocked, which is so nice to not have to think about when you go on vacation! Shelley (the host) was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!

St. Augustine Cozy Haven

This was a weekend getaway for two couples, but one person was sick, unfortunately. We made the best of it and enjoyed everything about the area, cottage, beach and weekend! Everyone in our group felt that this VRBO was the nicest we have stayed in to-date. It feels very clean and fresh, and the decorations were just right. Something about the place puts you immediately at peace. Owner communication was top-notch!! Thanks Shelley for everything!
