About this property
Banana Rum Cottage
Just purchased this home, I also own the two houses next door.
One is called Palm Cottage and the other is called Pineapple Cottage.
All three could be rented for friends and family to be all next door to each other.
This house is getting a pool in May/June
It has been all freshly repainted and decorated inside, still a few things to do but very comfortable.
The outside is in need of power washing and fresh paint and landscaping, but not until the pool is done.
5 minutes to the beach.
