The pictures does not do its justice on how spacious it is. The place is very nice, I especially loved the kuerig machine

The interior in spacious and very clean with some spaces appearing to be upgraded. The host was able to be flexible with the check-in time for our stay. Bathroom outlets are not usable, which was problematic.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We were unaware of the issue with the bathroom outlets and appreciate you bringing it to our attention; they have since been repaired and are fully operational. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious, clean home and our flexible check-in.

FSU Game Trip

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Tallahassee and the house was great! House was exactly as advertised, clean, and easy to check in and out of. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group looking for a place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay in Tallahassee. Three bedrooms (including a large master bedroom), super kitchen, nice living areas to hang out, great screened porch. Great value for the money and a very communicative host. Definitely an A

Dog friendly accommodations

Spacious and clean, in a safe, convenient neighborhood. Negative: no bath soap, limited toilet paper, couldn’t find any extra pillows or bedding. Overall, satisfied with our stay and have recommended to a friend.

Thanks for the feedback. I wish you had contacted me regarding soap, toilet paper and extra pillows. All those items are stored in the locked garage but I could have given you access. Thank you.

Great gathering spot.

The property is very accomodating to groups like ours where siblings from neighboring states can meet with children and have space to coexist both indoors and outdoors, with a screened porch and a yard big enough for kids to play or throw a ball. The house was roomy, welcoming and served us very well.

Perfect Location and Lots of Space

This home is located in a nice neighborhood that was very close to an awesome coffee shop (Lucky Goat), great restaurants and FSU. The home is large and has a huge sunroom/living area that was perfect for relaxing. Host was quick to reply and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Christmas !!!

The house was cozy. The neighborhood quiet and nice. Things to improve: cutlery and kitchenwares - backyard maintenance and maybe a better BBQ grill.

Convenient and Great for Large Group

Communication with owner was great and everything was as expected. Only downside was the backyard no longer has grass, as shown in photos. Otherwise, the house was perfect for our large group of 10. Very conveniently located to easily get to downtown.

quiet neighborhood in a great location

The house was perfect for entertaining family with a spacious kitchen and a giant family room to watch football! Very cute neighborhood in a great location to food and shopping. The back yard is not totally fenced in and there are holes in the fence, so we had to walk the dogs vs just letting them out to run around the back yard.

Family Wedding

This rental was perfect. We came from NY for a wedding. There was plenty of room for our family to get together before and after the wedding. To my surprise, the house was stocked with extras ... coffee pods, sugar, foil, etc. I've stayed at many places and this was by far the BEST experience ever.

An Incredible home away from home.

The photos of the property are accurate. The spacious home and screen patio allowed family members to catch up and enjoy each other's company. We invited local family members, and the home accommodated everyone comfortably. Our host was also awesome, quickly responding to a few questions that were sent and communicating before the stay with info that I needed. The property is close to everything in Tallahassee and very easy to find. I will definitely be looking to stay again in the future when my travel plans bring me back to Tallahassee.
