Our stay was more than what we could have hoped for! The property and home were clean and had quick and easy access to the beach. Everything that you could need for the beach was provided (towels, chairs, toys, wagon, umbrellas, etc.). The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Our toddler had a blast with the toys and books that were available. The street was beautiful and quiet and we are looking forward to another trip next year!

This home was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped. Its location was ideal, being equally distant from the beach and local shopping. The accommodation provided sufficient room for our family of 8. We would definitely consider returning to this property on future visits.

The property was very nice and well furnished. The only problem we experienced was with the air-conditioning not cooling properly. I am sure that problem will be addressed. I do recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you, James, for your kind review and recommendation. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and its furnishings. We also appreciate you mentioning the air conditioning. Shortly after your stay, a subsequent guest alerted us that the system was intermittently underperforming. Since then, we’ve had multiple HVAC specialists evaluate the system and complete a series of repairs and adjustments to resolve the issue. While the HVAC system itself is less than two years old, the root cause proved more complex than expected. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience.

We had a very comfortable stay with our 6-month old puppy at this adorable beach home. It was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, clean, and everything was in good working order. It was nice to be able to walk our dog around the block and to the Shore at Crystal Beach entrance (no dogs allowed on the beach). The hosts were easy to communicate with and were welcoming and attentive. We didn’t have any issues during our short stay and would stay here again!

This home was great for our family! Very nice and clean. Conveniently located near the beach and the strip with plenty of dining, playing, and shopping options. The property owners are nice and ensured our stay was nothing but the best.

Wonderful experience

Upon arrival, we were very impressed with how clean everything was! All of the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the kitchen & living room. House was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. Communication with host was very fast and friendly! We are looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Family Getaway

We booked this property for our family vacation. We had 5 adults a 6 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. I looked at so many properties before I booked this one and I don’t think I could have made a better choice. The layout was absolutely perfect and the location could not have been better. Being able to take a short walk to the beach was so great. The house had everything you could ever need. We loved all the games and toys they had for the kids, and adults. We would definitely stay here again!

2024 Family Vacay!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! 7 nights of pure bliss. The home is beautiful, extremely roomy, the amenities were spot on in this home, easy check in and check out process and when I needed them I would text Susan and Mitch and they would respond so quickly and so easy to communicate with and absolutely flexible. Great location

We had 7 people- 6 adults and a 2 year old. The place was quiet and walking distance to the beach but also close enough to get to the action of Destin if needed. We rented bikes which I highly recommend. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond to needs of our group. The place was definitely kid friendly with tons of games, pack and play, crib and beach toys. Beds were comfortable and the space is bigger than pictured. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect! So much space for this ranch. We had seven of us in the house and it was plenty of room. Each room is unique. Superb for families. Great communication with the owner as well. So close to the beach and the rest of what Destin has to offer. We absolutely loved it here. Highly recommended.

Just me and my husband came. The kitchen was fully stocked and they supplied toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, soap and detergent where you didnt have to go out and buy any. House was very clean and cozy. We had two small dogs and the backyard was perfect size. They supplied kids games and even though we didnt have kids, I loved the puzzles! They supplied all beach equipment, even a buggy. Management was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back with our family!

Great walk to beach!

This was a great place for us to spend a few days near the beach and visit with our daughter who attends college nearby. The home was clean and provided ample space for my family, my parents and my daughters. The home provides a nice size kitchen with many choices for seating. The outdoor area gave us room to relax outdoors. We really enjoyed how the walk to the beach was only 5 mins and the home provided all the beach gear we needed. The hosts were always available for communication. Thank you!

Exactly what we were looking for

We traveled to Florida to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary at the beach. The house was the perfect size for us (6 adults and 2 teens). Everything was clean, comfortable and tasteful. The proximity to the beach was AMAZING. It was so convenient to use the little wagon to haul our gear to the beach without having to worry about finding a parking space. The large dining table was also perfect for our large group to gather around meals and/or games. We loved it!
