Welcome to the Beautiful Pool House of North Port!

Welcome to the beautiful house of North Port! The house is located in the heart of the city, just 15 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs Park and 24 miles from one of Florida's best beaches and fishing places, less than 10 minutes from the water park and golf club, and close to a Publix grocery store and Walmart. Our house is 1400 sq. ft. of living space. Fully Furnished. Three bedrooms and 8 sleep. 70" Smart TV in a bright living room. Large kitchen with a huge eating area equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee machine. High ceiling, ceramic tiles, and hard floor, no carpet. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, two-car garage. There is a beautiful pool in the backyard. Pool heating is available for only $20/day. There is something for everyone, you won't be disappointed!

House was beautiful - pool was absolutely breathtaking at night with the lights. We watched TV on the lanai and lit the fire pit table. Had great evenings just enjoying family. Our host responded quickly with a few questions we had. Would definitely recommend for a few days or a long stay.

The house was beautiful and so clean during our stay, I was very impressed and would highly recommend. Its only about 8 minutes from Walmart and main stores. The owner was super kind and very helpful if needed! Would definitely come back!

Fabulous get away

Whether you stay for three nights or two weeks , this is the place to stay . This house was well outfitted with all the conveniences of home , including a smoker ! The pool is beautiful and the house is conveniently located to beautiful Venice .

Very clean, house layout was great, nice amenities- loved the gas fire pit. Mattresses were way too firm for us, would have been nice to have had night stands in the master bedroom and preference would be a heated pool. Overall, we would stay again if mattresses where upgraded but our backs could not take it.

Regarding the pool, we do want to note that it is heated and controlled via the thermostat located right next to the pool area. We apologize if that was unclear during your stay— we will make sure our instructions are more visible and easy to follow going forward. We also appreciate your comments about the mattress comfort and nightstands in the master bedroom. This is the first time we’ve received feedback about the mattresses being too firm, but we take guest comfort seriously and will review this promptly and consider upgrading to a more universally comfortable option. The nightstands will also be added to improve convenience. Thank you again for your honest input— it truly helps us improve. Home away from home

The home is clean and spacious and well appointed for a family of at least 6! (It's a shame there was only two of us.) A wonderful surprise was that there was a new, beautiful pool that was not shown in the photos. Host was gracious enough to let us check in a little earlier in the day to accommodate our earlier arrival. Home is also close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

Great Property

This was a great house. It was very clean and well designed. The outside pool was so peaceful and really a beautiful area, felt very secluded with all the trees in the back. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The only thing that could have been better was that there were no pool towels, at least we couldn't find any. We did end up using the regular bath towels but it would have been nice to have some beach towels. The rest of the items were great.
