Beautiful newer home located in the heart of Southwest Florida between Tampa and Fort Myers 10 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs, old style Florida Manasota Key or world famous Siesta Key Beach , Nokomis beach 30 minutes away and Venice beach in a quiet and residential neighborhood that is close to shopping, dining, Sarasota and Venice
Downtown as well as many Equestrian Farms and Golf. Jacuzzi and pool control remotely by the host. 🚧 Important Notice – Driveway & Road Work 🚧
The driveway and road are currently under construction. However, access to the house is easy and not affected – you can enter without any issues. Please note that there may be some construction activity in the area, but it won’t prevent you from reaching or enjoying the property.

This property was perfect for our visit. Everything was just as advertised. The house was clean and well stocked to accommodate our needs. My Great Nieces especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We were close by to all the activities we had planned, and overall, we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property for any visit to the North Port, Port Charlotte area.

Great time with family

We had a great time. The house was very clean and well kept. Great location. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. There were many pool toys. We also used the chairs when heading out to the beach.

Nice house, great layout with a beautiful pool and covered eating area outside. Clean but no hot water—lukewarm at best. We thought it was from the dishwasher running but it was only 2 of us for ½ the stay so that wasn’t it. Would have liked a hot shower once in the 5 days. The 4th bedroom does not have a door, only a curtain so being off the kitchen it can be loud, that would have been a deal breaker for us if we knew. Otherwise an average-good property and nice hosts.
