Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swims in the pools, onsite restaurants. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.





NOTE: Several water amenities at Bayview will be undergoing repair and maintenance work. Monday 02/16/26 Evening to Friday 02/20/26 Evening. The Spa (Replaster), Lazy River (Acid Wash) & Kiddie Pool (Acid Wash) will be Closings for Repairs

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

Note: This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

Great location in Myrtle Beach

Located in the perfect location. Nice to have the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping nearby. Had to park in the resort parking garage across the street but it wasn't bad getting in and out. With everything close by you don't really need your car often.

The unit was clean and really spacious. Nice ocean view. Near everything the boardwalk has to offer, this unit is a great option for the price. May seem a little dated but the photos are a good representation of the unit and it exceeded expectation for the price point in my opinion. We were able to walk to everything we needed, lots of good restaurants, the beach, fishing off the pier and lots of shops and arcades. Really good communication from the host as well. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean spot that’s close to a bunch of fun stuff it’s worth checking this place out.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I feel like paper towels and coffee would be nice upon arrival but not that big of a deal. It was clean and the view and amenities were spot on. We will definitely try to come again. We enjoyed it!

The room was just as pictured. The view was everything. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The view of the ocean and boardwalk were breathtaking.

Great place to rest with family

The 1rst thing that I liked was the communication with the property manager's very quick response. The property and appliances were clean. The sight of the ocean from the property I loved. You have everything that you need for kids walking.

It was a great location (beachfront) with an amazing price. The host communicated every step of the way and answered any and every question that came up with quickness. Only complaint was we couldn’t turn the thermostat below 70 but i also understand not wanting to freeze the ac unit.

accurate listing of room an property. room was clean had everything we needed. shops an food drinks very short walk access to beach great view from room balcony was everything we wanted an for price was spot on. was a little loud in evening with kids an some adults but tolerable on balcony. didn't hear much from room inside room an the elevator wait is terrible but we just always took stairs to go down very easy an wait for ride back up.

The showerhead kind of sounded like a machine gun, but it worked. Everything was clean and the only issue we had was having just one entrance card with two adults. It was very hard to get groceries back-and-forth without letting the doors close and being able to get into the garage.

Summer Blast Place, immediately our children notice the LazyRiver.

We arrived at Bay View Beautiful Place..Immediately our grand daughters noticed the Lazy River filled with excitement they were ready for their bathing suits!! The condo was everything we had Hoped for. The spectacular view, ocean, palm trees, Hot tub, swimming pools and of course Lazy River!!!! Landscaping just Amazing we could see for miles .... We Definitely Will Return!!!! Our condo was very homey plenty of living space, bedroom was roomy. Beds comfortable we couldn't ask for any more!!!!

Myrtle Beach VacaYAY

All in all, the stay was fine. I feel that the improvements inside the unit, should be given to the bathtub (nasty plastic liner on tub floor), toaster (the bottom kept coming off), and coffee maker (coffee smelled like plastic once brewed). Outside the unit, the elevators were always an issue. However, the maintenance guys were always on top of things. And I feel there should be someone outside managing the vehicles. That was a little chaotic.The staff were great and very polite!
