Welcome to Docks Orders and enjoy some of the most amazing views of Lake Norman you can find! This beautiful, modern two story home is located at the end of the cul-de-sac and is set up beautifully to take in the incredible views of Lake Norman - every room on the main floor is full of lakeside windows!

The amenities of this home are incredible! Enjoy the oversized, lakeside fire pit (we provide firewood!), 2 Paddleboards which you can easily launch via the walk-in ramp to the lake.....and a lakeside deck (partially covered) that extends the entire length of the house with multiple seating options to enjoy your time away & relaxation & a propane based grill!

Rainy day or just looking for some indoor downtime - enjoy one of our 7 SMART TVs, pool table or play a game or complete a puzzle at our game table next to the pool table on the upper level.

This house is all about entertaining - great open concept with living rooms on both the main and upper level - and oversized island perfect for cooking & gathering & a second bar/mini-kitchen on the upper level.

This beautiful home provides flexible sleeping options as we have 3 bedrooms on the main level and 2 more on the upper level with the 2 primaries on the main floor both having a full en-suite bathroom.

Amazing stay, recommend highly

Amazing place to stay with a large group. Had everything you need as a family. Missing a couple of things that a grocery store run would fix. Only complaint was the drip had mold and found out on the last day that the Keurig also had mold. Fortunately the property manager was extremely apologetic and brought a replacement drip and I’m sure would’ve brought a replacement keurig as well. 100% recommend the stay and company.

Beautiful Lake House

The house is exactly as it appears in pictures - it’s beautiful. They had an assortment of life vests so the little one could float in the lake. Enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. The host was very responsive and the process was seamless. Would definitely rent this house again and work with the property manager in future.

This is a 3 bedroom house advertised as 5 bedrooms. Tow room containing bed do not meet qualifications as bedrooms. They have no closets. ZOOM describes house as 3 bedrooms. Rug in great room curls up and is a trip hazard.
