Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with soft linens and plush pillows to ensure a peaceful night's sleep and a flat screen smart tv. One of the bedrooms offers a bonus full size trundle bed that may be requested for use. The rooms are also designed with large windows that allow natural light to flood in, providing a welcoming and bright atmosphere.

The living room in this apartment is spacious and designed for both comfort and entertainment. It features comfortable couches and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table, providing a perfect spot for relaxing or hosting guests.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also features plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep your kitchen organized and tidy. Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor which is Apartment 2 of this beautiful duplex and one parking spot in the rear of the property.

We give our guests space however we are available to assist, if needed.

The neighborhood is centrally located to all that Cincinnati has to offer. The duplex is located on a quiet family oriented street near the culdesac.

We have a driveway and parking in the rear of the property.

A Montessori elementary school is less than a block away therefore during school pick up and drop off times there is so traffic on the street for a minimal amount of time.

Great experience! The place was very clean and comfy. We had ample space for 2-4 people and a decent-sized kitchen and bathroom. We did find a cockroach in the bathroom one night but it could've come from anywhere. Otherwise, no issues with any bugs. Might not be a place for kids or those who are loud. We had the people downstairs come in in the middle of our overall stay and they were extremely loud. The noise echoes throughout the whole house through the vents. Could not sleep for a couple of nights.
