Spend your next vacation at the beach in this premium condo! Our spacious condo comes equipped with two queens and a twin trundle, perfect for your next family vacation. The home comes with Bluetooth that connects any smart phone to speakers and state of the art electronic recliners in the living room. With flat screen TV's in the living room, master, and guest bedroom for those cozy nights indoors. Our staff is here 7 days a week with maintenance and housekeeping on site to assist with any issue.

Our condo gives amazing sunrises as it faces Monterey, enjoy partial ocean views from your very own balcony! Grill with a 1lb propane BBQ with a nice ocean breeze and beautiful views. Located on the second level with stairs or a ramp leading up to it and just a few steps away from beach access. Enjoy the comfort of this fully equipped home with all major appliances including washer and dryer.

Come down to our lobby where we have complimentary coffee and newspaper, browse our extensive selection of DVDs, and take a look at our gift store where you can find various souvenirs and clothing items. Play pickleball, basketball, and tennis with our assortment of sporting equipment; free to rent! Nearby amenities include tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts for our guests to use.

Conveniently located in a gated community, our resort provides tranquility and comfort like no other. Enjoy a peace of mind while you sleep with ocean wave sounds, take a stroll by our lagoon and enjoy the wildlife.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice condo and beach. There's a couple maintenance things that need to be taken care of - the dryer is really loud and sounds like a dying dinosaur and the one of the drapery rods in a bedroom is too short and taped together with duct tape, making it difficult to open and close the drapes.

Save your money don’t stay here

Very Disappointed, so many problems.. too many to list Old and unkept.. Soap in the bathroom was foam and watered down Basically just water, doors to the bedrooms would get stuck and extremely hard to open, especially older people !!!!! The coffee pot was dirty the The kettle was gross. I didn’t even want to use it to warm up water so I use the microwave. The fan in the bathroom was broken…. And you couldn’t use the fireplace! The front door kept getting stuck. If you didn’t slam it, we would come back and it would just be open because you have to slam it for to shut it… It was extremely hard to use the key to open and close the door. Not worth it!!
