Jodi and Jason are truly the best hosts in the world! The house was absolutely fantastic and a solid 10/10, but what really made our stay unforgettable was their amazing attitude and exceptional hospitality. We had a couple of unexpected, stressful situations during our trip, and they went completely above and beyond to help us with so much kindness, patience, and care. They truly treated us like family. I cannot recommend them and their property enough. If you are staying in the area, look no further

Perfect house for a large family. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals and the living room area was great for hanging out, watching tv or building puzzles. Location was also great; we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood—very clean with friendly neighbors.

We were very happy with our stay and truly appreciated having this home away from home for our family.Upon arrival, we found the home to be clean and neat, although there were definitely some signs of wear and tear. It was a little sad to see that previous guests hadn’t always treated the property with the same care they would their own home.The house was perfect for our family of four adults, especially since we were staying for six weeks while our son received treatment at Mayo. Having a dedicated office space was a huge benefit for remote work, and the internet was more than sufficient for all of our needs.The home was very well stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay—plenty of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, towels, and more. We never felt like we were lacking the essentials.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for evening walks. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the amenities we needed and only about a 10-minute drive to the Jacobson Building.We especially enjoyed the lovely backyard patio, which gave us a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the evenings together.Overall, this home provided exactly what we needed during an important and challenging time for our family. We are very grateful for our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home while away.

This house worked out great for us. We were in Rochester for a transplant and this house was perfect for family and caregivers that came and went. Close to the clinic.

Home Away from Home

This house was exactly what we needed. We needed a place to stay for a week after my daughter had surgery at Mayo. This house was perfect! It is in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to downtown Rochester. Everything about the house makes you feel at home. It is warm, inviting, and cozy.

Great property

We stayed here for nearly three weeks in April during my wife’s procedures at Mayo. Great house and nice quiet neighborhood. A really big plus was having the master bedroom with bath on the entrance level, along with the kitchen and living room. Very quick response time if we had a question for Jodi.

Mayo Visit

As advertised - spacious, clean, very easy drive to Mayo. Internet was good, couple of big TVs to enjoy during downtime between appointments, etc. House was well stocked with kitchen gear and linens. We had one request the first day we were there and it was handled in sub-24 hours - you can't ask for much else. Highly recommend!

Perfect holiday home close to Mayo

My parents, sister, niece, and I hunkered here over the holidays to be together while I received cancer treatments at Mayo Clinic. It was the perfect “home away from home” where we could have our own bedrooms, cook, bake, do puzzles, watch movies, and even build a snowman in the backyard! So appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and garage parking spot. Everything was clean and just lovely. Took walks around the quiet peaceful neighborhood and visited the nearby nature center. Would definitely stay here again!

Home Sweet Home

The home was everything the owners advertised and more! Above all, it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed, making meal prep easy. The beds were all very comfortable Novaform mattresses. The extra workspace in the lower level was an added bonus. WiFi was fantastic but be prepared to use your own streaming services as there is no cable tv. The 10 minute drive to Mayo was easy and a direct route. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. We felt very much at home during our 5 week stay and highly recommend this property!

Planned Medical Surgery

I booked this home when I found out I was in for a brain tumor surgery. Not sure who would make the journey with me, but knew space was key. Home in a cute safe neighborhood. Close to the Mayo Hospital, Groceries and airport. Hardest part was working the TV…. That has more to do with my lack of technical savvy. I did not stay my entire time. We checked out early only because I was ready to be in my own home. I would definitely not hesitate to give a good recommendation. You will be made comfortable. Might need your services again in 3months, but with less folks. Thanks for everything. CJM

The property was exactly as advertised. It suited our needs. My daughter had had open heart surgery and needed an area to herself. She used the downstairs area. They moved a recliner down there for her, which was perfect. We had a washer and dryer which was a definite necessity. When we had questions, the manager answered them right away. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed 19 days.
