Sweet Caroline has one of the best OPEN FLOOR PLANS in Beau Coast cottages neighborhood allowing everyone to gather while cooking, eating, listening to music, games, and watching the 75" smart TV. **MASTER BEDROOM main **Flex CheckIn/Out when possible.**LAUNDRY ROOM main**ACCESS TO COMMUNITY DOCK on Front Street**WIRELESS INTERNET**. 3 bedroom home & a twin daybed with trundle below in upstairs hall for the 4th sleeping area- not living room or 4th bdrm. Sweet Caroline has a well stocked kitchen for large meals! You can entertain your entire family/group easily. The covered front porch is a great place for morning coffee, a cool afternoon drink at the end of a hot day, even a great spot on a rainy day with a good book. Additionally, cook up dinner/breakfast on the Blackstone Griddle located in garage-with its Air Fryer drawer (other is warming drawer). There's also a mini fridge in the garage for easy to reach cold drinks while enjoying the outdoors. Feel free to bring and store fishing poles, kayaks, etc. in the garage. No trailers/watercrafts stored in the community, sadly. If you bring your boat/watercraft/trailer, there is a storage facility just down from the Beau Coast entrance for a fee of $10.00 per day (fees paid to storage facility- I can put you in contact). Call ahead to reserve a spot, but there's usually lots of room. If you bring a golf cart, that's great or you can rent one- I have contact info. Across the street from the boat storage is the public boat launch. Another option, contact local marinas for weekly boat slip rentals. No boat, no problem- Many visitors express the convenience of staying in our Beau Coast community, because it has numerous activities/spaces to interest everyone. Grab your key fob to get in the buildings-Walk or drive to the luxurious pool, clubhouse, Traders, fish ponds, pickleball court. The beautiful post & beam Clubhouse has kitchen, seating areas, 2 TV's, books, Ping Pong table, Cornhole, etc. The beautiful pool also has cabaña style shaded areas & tables to get out of the sun. You can even work on your tan relaxing on the lounge chairs IN the water staying cool while enjoying your cold beverage or book (no glass, please) while being part of your group. The luxurious pool/Traders & neighborhood is a kid friendly place. There is a grill poolside to cook lunch or dinner. There's a kayak launch dock at the pond as well. Feel free to fish community ponds. You can get a fishing license at any marina, Walmart or tackle shop. Traders also has a glass enclosed office and seating/tables areas if you need to do a little work away from your group. Enjoy a cool drink or hot coffee by the beautiful fireplace, outdoor fire pit. There's a workout room/gym. Also, BC has a community Pickleball court (there should be rackets in our garage), community dock to fish, relax, Adirondack chairs also on the lawn for relaxing, take a cool drink up there to watch the sun set, bird watch, look for horses on the island across the way or simply enjoy a dip in the water. Day dock allows pick up by boat & launch your kayak at the dock. You can walk, drive or take your golf cart to downtown Beaufort. Feel free to book a voyage over to Carrot Island, Shackleford Banks, etc. Beaufort has great restaurants, museums, shops and the best views! Beaufort is a quaint town, rich in history and something to do all year long! Wine tastings, bourbon tastings, Ghost Walks, Cart tours, Homes Tour, Bike tours, etc. We appreciate you choosing Sweet Caroline! Please make yourself at home! Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please, place all sheets/linens back in laundry bag for cleaning service pick-up. Even if I can arrange a later check-out for you, have linens in bag by 10:00am. Check-out 10:00am. check in 4pm.

Please keep thermostats up and down stairs, within 4 degrees of one another. Check out: Summer, turn A/C to 73 degrees. Winter heat to 66

Please make sure the griddle is cleaned, and the garage is swept/straightened. Return keys and fob to key holder in garage. Thank you so much for staying with us!!!

We’ve stayed at Beau Coast several summers and It was the first time staying in this home. The owner was super responsive to all our questions throughout our stay which we were very pleased with. Beautiful and well kept home. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Awesome place

This place was nothing less than awesome. Had what u needed to cook in kitchen or grill. Clean, had extra pillows blankets. The host was very accommodated and very quick to answer any question. Truly a great place and great location!

Stayed with my family of 6. The property was very clean and well stocked for any cooking you may do during your stay. The neighborhood was excellent we had a great time at the pool.Julie was fantastic. She responded within minutes to every question or need. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Sweet Carolina is A home away from home!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is like your home away from home look no further. The owners are seriously so sweet and make you feel like family. The house is gorgeous and kept immaculately clean. The house is full stocked with everything you may need! You also cannot beat the area! We will deff be back to visit sweet Caroline in the future!
