Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house with open floor plan, 11ft ceilings, and backyard in Historic St Roch. Great place for your group to stay while doing all the things in town.
The house sits on a busy, oak lined thoroughfare that is only a 5 minute drive to the quarter and Frenchmen St. or even closer to all the fun nightlife on St. Claude ave.
The space
3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds one with a full bed and a sofa bed.
Main part of house has open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen all connected. Its a great place to hang out as you plan your evenings on the town.
Large island counter space and glassware to pregame as well as an ice maker in the fridge for your mixed drinks.
Spacious backyard and small deck with a charcoal grill.
There is a large walk in shower in one bathroom and a clawfoot soaking tub in the other with bubblebath and salts available.
Off street parking is available around the corner if you need it. contact me for details.
