Thank you for your feedback, Donna! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the upgrade. We’re very sorry to learn that the sheets on the hide-a-bed and the towels were not clean, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. We’ve shared this to our cleaning Manager already and emsure this doesn’t happen again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances!
