The location to restaurants, shops, coffee, grocery stores was wonderful! We were able to walk everywhere. Yet the location is in a quiet neighborhood. If the occasion arose, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and a Whole Foods. It was a good size for 4 adults. Apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were a little hard and pillows a little flat, but we all slept fine. Overall, it was a great home base while we were in town for a wedding. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

This tidy apartment is in an adorable historic neighborhood which is a short walk from downtown Lafayette’s bars, shops, and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for snacks or warming up leftovers. I enjoyed my stay.

Great Place to stay for downtown Lafayette

Great property, the price was right. The apartment is older but has been tastefully updated. You have assigned parking close to the unit. No problems during out stay with 4 people. Great communication by property owner. Will stay here again.

Great locale and great host

Easy access to all things Lafayette. Park right in front of this first floor unit. Very well appointed unit with big TV. Host Crystal was very prompt with her replies to any questions we had. We will be sure to stay with her again.

Convenient location

The rental was in a convenient location from the freeway and town. It was very clean, minus the dried urine on the toilet seat when we first checked in. For not having laundry in the unit, it would be nice if a couple extra towels could be provided for our six day stay. They were delivered when requested, but the host denied our request for a change of sheets and asked why we needed new sheets, which is an intrusive question. The pillows for the king size bed were completely overstuffed and uncomfortable and two new pillows were provided, but with no difference that I could tell. The listing could’ve been more clear about it being a unit in an apartment complex. Overall, it was nicely decorated with kitchen and bathroom supplies provided.

Hi Amy, I truly appreciate and surprised by the 4 starts review after read all your negative comments. Because you were my first guest for this listing on this platform, so I need to clarify some facts. If you read the property description, it starts with the 2B1b(1K1Q) apartment is located at the corner of the small complex in the center of Lafayette..... As you noticed that we are running a short term rental not a hotel in our small apartment complex. We normally provide one sets of towels per guest per stay, and never had a complain. We do have a paid laundry room in the apartment complex if needed. Since we do not have on site cleaning service, I texted you to explain that we only change the sheets if unexpected things happened(you requested it after 2 nights out of your 5 nights staying) We haven't heard anyone complained about the pillows, however I completely understand that each person has different needs. I did my best to accommodate your request by purchased two pillows with different firmness than the original ones. As part of the short term rental hospitality industry, I aim to offer an alternative to hotels: comfortable; convenient; home-away- from-home accommodations at a lower price than hotels. Thank you again for your staying! Sincerely Crystal PS. I never be able to find the 4 extra brand new towels in the apartment.
