Summary:
This is a 3300 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome in the heart of North Wildwood. Suitable for multiple families and large groups. Enjoy the spacious living area, 3 outdoor decks, and a den for the kids!

*During the summer season this is a 7-day minimum stay - Saturday to Saturday.

The Space:
This home has a driveway and full garage for your use. As you enter the home you are greeted by the foyer and a large den with a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and couch/tv area. Just off the den you will find a separate bedroom and a full bath down the hall. Upstairs you are greeted by wonderful hardwood floors to an open living, dining, and kitchen space. The gourmet kitchen and living/dining area is perfect for the whole gang! There is a conveniently located half bath on this level along with a balcony off the living room. Just off the kitchen there is a spacious outdoor deck with bbq grill, dining table, and lounge chairs for your cookouts, sunbathing or fireworks view! On the 3rd level you will find yet another den, laundry room, full bath, 2 queen bedrooms, and the master suite with private bathroom and an additional balcony for your morning coffee!

Other Things to Note:
This property includes beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach toys, and a tremendous beach cart for your use! We do provide pillows and blankets but ask that you provide your own linens, towels and any paper goods that you may need. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware.

Awesome place

The place was perfect. Location was perfect and the host was pleasant to work with. We were so relaxed it felt like home.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Nice, clean house with more than enough room for our party of 10. Neighborhood was quiet. 10min walk to boardwalk and beach. Beach supplies available in the garage(beach cart, toys, boogie boards) were an added bonus. Property owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property for large families

House was perfect for my family of 6 plus extended family. The downstairs was like a separate apartment which the kids loved!

Great rental

This is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed with 9 people including 3 teenagers and there was tons of indoor space for everyone. The house was clean and wonderfully maintained. Both the beach and the boardwalk were conveniently close. Easy walking distance. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Easily one of the best rentals we've had in our 20 years of visiting wildwood.
