Luxury 5BR Custom Home One Block From The Water

Welcome to the "Baydreamer", a front row seat to the best sunsets! Join us in our custom built home which provides two levels of water views, sleeps 12 and is only 88 steps to the beach! Here you can enjoy all the shore has to offer: watching dolphins, looking for seashells, or just soaking up the sun and ocean breeze. Each evening, sit on the porch and enjoy our breathtaking sunsets. Get ready to fall in love with your home away from home!

"Baydreamer" is a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room on the third floor. The open space allows for your family to spend time together cooking, eating, watching TV, or playing board games. Eat-in kitchen with center island accommodates 5 people. Separate dining area has seating for 8. Appliances include stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave.

Our home includes five bedrooms which have a king bed, two queen beds, two twin over twin bunk beds, and two twin beds. Each bedroom features a flat-screen smart TV with Amazon Fire with DirecTV Stream. Ceiling fans are included in the living room and in each bedroom with the exception of the two rooms with bunk beds.

The spa-like master bathroom features a slipper tub with direct views of the water in addition to the custom-tiled shower. The second and third bathrooms include a shower/tub combination.

The home includes a washer and dryer. DirecTV with HBO and high speed Internet/WiFi are included.

Public beach access is just one block away with a walk of just 200 feet. The location allows you to go from the beach and back to the house with ease, with no packing up for an all-day beach trip.

- game area in the garage has ping pong table, dart board, and corn hole. The perfect spot for teenagers to feel like they have their own space to hang out!

-Like most vacation rentals at the Jersey Shore, guests are responsible for bringing their own towels and bed linens!
-We recommend renting your linens from Linen Ladies of Cape May. You can search for them on the internet and order everything online.
-Linen Ladies of Cape May will drop off and pick up your linens and have plenty of other items: cribs, high chairs, etc.!

This house is perfect for families! The location to the bay is just a few yards away and you can see the water from the deck. We (Nick & Liz) love to travel and explore. We try to provide life-long memories for our three children by taking them to special places and exposing them to unique experiences.

We have always been interested in real estate. We started out "flipping" homes and then transitioned into custom home building. Liz designs homes from the ground up, from creating blueprints all the way to scouring the internet for the perfect light fixture to hang over the slipper tub. Nick runs the numbers and keeps the finances straight. When our schedule allows, we both enjoy swinging hammers - installing tile, flooring, cabinetry, building custom furniture - whatever gets our hands dirty!

Our passion for travel worked well with our love of real estate. So we combined the two and started hosting on VRBO!

Our attitude is simple: we want to provide a vacation home that has the same amenities we search for on our trips. We strive to provide you with a clean, well-decorated house with all the necessary items you need to feel "at home."

We can't wait for you to be our next guest!

We bought this lot for one reason - THE LOCATION. We imagined ourselves sitting on the porch watching the sunset after a long day at our front yard beach.

Our vision was to build a custom home with the living areas on the third floor providing unparalleled sunset views EVERY night! We are so proud of the house we built and cannot wait to share it with you and your family!

What makes this property unique

Liz customized all of the finishes in the home to give it a luxurious feel. From the slipper tub in the master bathroom (with a water view) to the oyster shell backsplash in the kitchen, she went all out! Every bedroom is unique with different fluffy duvet covers and pillows. The custom tile designs and finishes in each bathroom add to the lavish atmosphere.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all one large open area. This allows you and your family to spend plenty of time visiting before, during, and after meals. The five bedrooms give you an opportunity to retreat to your own space after a long, sunny beach day.

Two floors of patios facing the beach/water provide the perfect location for the beautiful nightly sunset display.
