This property is an absolutely beautiful, 3,000 square ft, 2 floor condo located in the heart of North Wildwood's entertainment district. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 living rooms, beautiful kitchen, laundry room, two-car garage, two large decks overlooking the entertainment strip, Wi-Fi, and an elevator inside the building. It is decorated professionally with flat screen TVs, granite countertops, engineered hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. It is located by one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in South Jersey.
This house is designed to best capture the ocean views and breezes. This luxury condo sleeps 13. On the first floor is located an extra large living area suitable for large families with a deck over looking the entertainment strip, dining room, eat-in kitchen, powder room, first master bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a master bathroom.
The second floor features 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is another master bedroom and has one queen size bed and a master bath. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have queen size beds with a large deck, while Bedroom 4 has bunk beds. The second floor has a second living area, laundry room and the 3rd full bathroom.
Enjoy dining-in in this fully-stocked kitchen; or just steps away, dine out selecting from one of the many fine restaurants in the South Jersey area. Enjoy the Tiki Topz public pool at Flip Flopz Beach Bar and Grill at the corner of the block on the strip. There is easy access to shopping, dining, fine galleries, the boardwalk, the zoo, fishing, crabbing, miniature golf, and the night life. Right outside your door, walk the seawall to the historic Inlet Lighthouse. Numerous North Wildwood marinas are nearby, just to mention a few amenities you can indulge in. There are fireworks every Friday all summer long on the beach which you can watch from the 2nd floor deck with an ocean view, not to mention an extensive boardwalk, nicknamed “two miles of smiles,” due to shopping, games, and rides!
Cape May, Avalon and Stone Harbor are just a 10-minute ride away. If you enjoy gambling, Atlantic City’s casinos are 40 minutes away.

If you’re looking to stay in the heart of North Wildwood, this is the place. Everything was in walking distance. We stayed here with five couples, and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Stayed for a Volleyball tournament , great place for several families to room together. Big common area, clean, updated decor, large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. 2 large decks , ocean views from top, elevator a bonus, short walk to beach. 2 parking spots with ample off street parking. Close to wawa. Fun bars on the same street! Enjoyed the stay, David very helpful host! Would stay again!

I would definitely return to this location again. We loved it. The only complaint we had were the uncomfortable beds. Other than that I would give this place a 5/5!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this property from Thursday- Sunday for our wedding weekend. The home is gorgeous, clean, very large, and perfect location. David the owner was so friendly and attentive to anything we may need. We had zero issues at the property. All the guest really thought it was an awesome rental! Highly recommend for a large group in North Wildwood!

Wow, amazingly large open space

David was there for every question I had. I booked because we had a large group, and we didnt want to feel confined. From the moment we walked in, to the (sad) moment we left, we felt at completely at home. It was condo was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything, n more, we could ever need, the bedrooms were very roomy, beds were great, good amount of bathrooms was enough for 9 woman to share. One of the best feature was the 2, yes 2 full decks, they overlooked Old New Jersey Avenue. The elevator was the thing that we needed, n was extremely close for easy access to our cars. There was NOT 1 thing ALL 9 woman had to complain about, n that itself is proof of the quality of this condo, n David, the host. Do not think, book. I am telling you, you will not regret.

**Do NOT rent this beach house**

From the time you walk in it is just filthy. Reminded me of a frat house!! Rugs are so stained throughout and they looked like areas were actually vomited on. The bathrooms moldy and rugs in bath were torn and just dirty. Drains in all bathrooms were clogged and would back up Even after I cleaned it it still felt dirty bc it needs a deep cleaning.Kitchen is not equipped with any pot worthwhile using. Had to go buy new pots and pans. The site will not allow me to post pictures so please take my word for it. Property manager is also owner and offered to have cleaners back after I had already cleaned it. Hoping vrbo will assist me in recovering at least a cleaning fee refund as it had a 5 star rating and I trusted their rating.

****OWNERS BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT TO THIS WOMEN!!**** Some people will never be happy! This property has been rented by many families and consistently has a 5-star rating and will continue to get 5 star ratings. Most families who rent this property will re-rent the following year. On day 1 she was unhappy that she could not get the Xfinity cable box on. Then she could not find the remote (which was found after two minutes of looking). Then she was highly upset that the Xfinity cable did not have a channel she desired (The channel was available on the other Smart TV Apps). The next day she stated by text message that the pots and pans were not up to her standard, that there was no room in the kitchen cabinets for her stuff and that she needed to clean. I attempted to contact her immediately and also attempted the next day with no response. I wanted further information on her issues to make things right by her but she never called or responded. On the last day of her 2 week vacation she messaged me stating her family was checking out and she wanted a refund or else she was contacting VRBO. So I advised her to contact them if she wished. Her issues were unable to be validated. The next tenant checked in with no issues and is already inquiring about future dates to rent. Family Shore Vacation

This property in North Wildwood was just what we were looking for. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. Location, location, location!!! Views of the inlet from the top deck were nice. Owner was very helpful and responsive to my emails and texts. We would rent from him again.

We had a great stay here for a bachelorette party during the off season! David was extremely responsive with any questions I had. The space was so large and spacious with plenty of bathrooms and sleeping arrangements. Would recommend to book again and again for large groups who want to be in the center of north wildwood bars and restaurants!
