This house was ideal for my family, my adult children and grandchildren . I was so impressed with how the house was not only beautiful but so well equipped. The kitchen was ideal for meals and having the two ovens, two dishwashers and abundance of dishes made our stay so simple.

Great house for families

This house was great for our two families! The kids loved the private access to the pool and the adult loves the comfy sofa and hot tub. We had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend.

Holidays in Branson

Everything was as described and fabulous! We were an extended family of 13 from 3 different states that gathered in Branson for the holidays. This house worked well for all of us with plenty of room to spread out. The location was great, very close to Silver Dollar City. We would definitely recommend this house!

On the Rocks is phenomenal!

Great place for our family of 11, plus the teens were thrilled with the games. Wonderful balcony with views of the lake; a great place to sit with coffee in the morning and listen to the roosters nearby. We talked about a Thanksgiving weekend here! Good job!

Great Place!

Spent four days with (4) families at this house, was a great location, and great place to stay for all of us. Check in was a bit of a hassle for the fact we drove hours to get there based upon one conversation that we could get in early, and when we arrived we found out we could not get in early and had to wait. However, we did get in eventually and everything was as expected, fantastic place for families for a weekend getaway!

Great House in Branson

Beautiful views and easy access to SDC. Decorated for Christmas. This house easily accommodated our party of 10. The 2 upper floor master suites were great for our older members who wouldn’t have enjoyed stairs for every trip to their rooms. The bottom floor was spacious with great seating and the extra fridge was a much needed touch. The 2 small bottom level sofas would only be comfortable for small children to sleep on. We didn’t need them for our group. Only true complaint was the very low water pressure downstairs. Otherwise when we needed assistance, the property sent someone right away. We would definitely stay again.

Our best stay in Branson yet

The rental was perfect for our needs. 11 people. Three sets of adults. 5 teenagers including BF/GF that we had to keep separate. Big open kitchen and dining area to accommodate all of us and 10 from another part of the family staying nearby.Rooms all very comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Game room and movie room used every day. Hot tub was great. Outdoor room and dining area were used as much as indoors. Friday night singing Sweet Caroline with two other balcony dwellers was a lot of fun. The only difficulty was checkin. The check in desk person was very polite, but made it pretty clear that this property isn't part of their system. Couldn't give us answers about trash and parking. Minor complication in an otherwise fantastic week. If we need a place that size again, we will be back.

Beautiful 6 BR home

This home was beautiful with comfortable accommodations including couches and chairs! TV’s in every room and two large back decks covering entire back with a great view!! Our only suggestions would be to bring your own spices and dish towels, there were not any, also extra dish and washing machine pods - totally no big deal but just good to know! Overall we loved loved loved this place and plan to go Back to stay soon!!!

Fun family visit

The property was great. We enjoyed our stay. There were just a few hiccups. We never received check in information email. I had to call and get the door code at check in time. We were never shown/ told where the dumpsters were to take the trash. We did not get bedding for the two pull out couches until two days after check in. We finally got our check in information email two hours after check out. We would stay here again..it was a great view and when I called and spoke to people about things we needed they were kind.

Bare Bones / Falsely Advertised Community Amenities

Starting before check-in, communication was a problem. I was provided check-in instructions to a clubhouse that was 20 minutes away from the house. Throughout the stay, responses were slow or they did not get back with us. The amenities in the house was also lacking and not in accordance with the listing photos. The kitchen only had one wash cloth and one kitchen towel provided. There were no towels provided in the downstairs kitchenette. The full bathrooms all had 4 towels and 1 washcloth. No hand towels were provided and there were no towels provided in the half bath. There were no pool towels. There was not even a single laundry detergent pod provided. No bedding was provided for the top bunk beds, only a fitted sheet. No other bedding was provided for the pull outs or futons. The biggest issue I found is that the listing is falsely advertised. We were unable to locate the “community amenities” (indoor pool, fire pit, basketball court, volleyball court) near the home. There were no instructions in the home as is typical for rentals. When I reached out, the led me to an address 20 minutes away!! I will say, the view from the deck was fantastic.

Excellent Property!

This place was exactly what we needed for our family of 11! Comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone! A couple of suggestions would be more kitchen dish rags…we left a few drying towels for you…and better pillows on the beds. Also, the lighting in the main floor living and dining needs to be separate. We found the motor to the blender, but could not find the top part. Looking forward to another stay in this well maintained VRBO! Thank you!

Beautiful spacious home

The property was beautiful! There was so much space for all of us to spread out and LOTS to do at the house. Pros: location, kitchen supplies, games, hot tub, comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, movie theater, paper products, dish detergent, location (5 mins to sdc) and lots more. Ultimately we would stay here again. Cons: the house was advertised as having an indoor pool available. We could not locate the pool and when i called the property manager 4 times nobody could tell me where to find the pool and everyone just kept transferring me to a guy who no idea about the pool. The house is also advertised as having pool towels which we could not locate. There is also one microwave in the house and nobody could get it to heat. We didnt attempt to use it until checkout day so there wasn't time to have it corrected. We had several people attempt to use the microwave to make sure it wasnt operator error and nobody could get it to heat. It sounded like it was heating working but after cooking something for 5 mins it had not heated up AT ALL.
