About this property

Private Oasis with Pool and Pavillion

You will feel right at home in this property. It offers privacy and nice amenities. You will have access to everything but the basement and garage. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The pool is great for teens while you hangout in the picnic pavilion. The pavilion offers a gas grill, a sound system, ceiling fans, and tables and chairs. This home is only about 25 mins from Lake Anna!

The Basement is a separate unit that is also a rental. It has it's own private entrance. The basement unit does not have pool or pavilion privileges.
The Pool opens on Memorial day each year and closes on Labor day.
