About this property

Beautiful peaceful home on Lake Anna. Home includes a hot tub and pool table!

Located on Lake Anna and minutes from winery’s, Lake Anna State Park, breweries and popular local restaurants. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Take the paddle boards out on the lake. Bring your boat we hav two boat slips assigned to us in the commons area. There is also a small beach in the commons area for swimming. Relax in the hot tub or shoot a game of pool, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Dining area and office space available. The house is in the culdesac, very private and peaceful.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please make sure to put boat slip pass and key fob back in binder -Clean grill -Turn hot tub temperature down to 90 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not park in the cul-de-sac
key fob and place card must be left with folder at checkout or there will be an extra fee.
There are 2 large trash cans outside that are provided to put your trash bags in. Pick up day is Wednesday. Containers must be placed at end of drive.

What makes this property unique

We have a spacious home, with serval different area that allow plenty of room for family and friend. Tucked away in a back of a cul-de-sac. We have a large back yard, we offer paddle boards, lift vest, hot tub and multiple fire pits all available to use! Our common area provide a private beach and boat launch for use. We are in a great location for restaurants, breweries, wineries, grocery stores, boat and jet ski rentals!
