Great pool home with amazing entertainer's backyard located in a quiet cul de sac in great Eastvale neighborhood! This home has everything you can ask for including cul de sac location, pool and spa, Palapa BBQ island, side yard, dog run, front porch, downstairs bedroom and bath, open concept great room, spacious master bedroom with master bath, tandem 3 car garage, large driveway, and comes with landscape and pool service included! The front yard has a lush green yard as well as a front porch area perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Inside, the home is very spacious and versitile. Downstairs there is a bedroom and bath perfect for guests or inlaws quarters. The living area is an open concept great room with living room, kitchen, and dining room all in one space! Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, full bathroom, Master Bedroom and master bath with tub/shower. There is also a desk area upstairs. The backyard has pool,spa, Palapa with BBQ island and bar, and side yard perfect for dog run. Garage is a tandem 3 car garage.

Does not have 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms.Beds are extremely firm- not comfortable. Had to buy a 4 inch thick memory foam bed topper to be comfortable and be able to sleep.Host/owner responsive before rental started, less responsive during the rental.A/C thermostat does not hold temperature selected. Contacted home owner and took a couple times to find out that owner has control of thermostat settings, and renter has to request temp settings. Very inconvenient. Had to continually adjust the thermostat every day.Owner did not respond to 2 messages about pool heater issue once we arrived. Did respond after the 3rd time asking about pool heater.Not enough dishes and coffee mugs, glasses, silverware for the amount of people that can stay at one time. We went to a local thrift store to buy more dishes/coffee mugs/glasses.Fireplace does not function/ turned gas on, the fire started and immediately shut off several times. Turned the gas supply back off and did not try again since it’s malfunctioning.Outdoor grill handle broke while using, repaired it by replacing the screw and tightening up the other screw holding the handle on. Grill very dirty and rusty- took a lot of work to clean the grill enough to use.Outdoor refrigerator near grill does not work.Several first floor windows were unlocked upon arrival, these should be checked and locked when cleaning between guests for security purposes.House lacks enough cookware and is in bad shape.
