Equipped with a chef’s kitchen, stainless steel appliances, upgraded LG refrigerator that has triple water filtration and makes craft ice… this kitchen offers every thing you need for cooking as well as plenty of space for your friends and family to mingle after a day at the beach.

Open floor plan, electric fireplace for ambiance and a beautiful private patio are just some of the features you will enjoy in this home.

On level two, you will find the master suite with King bed, ensuite bathroom, large tiled walk in shower and closet. In addition, relax, read a book, or work if you must… in the meditation room adjacent to this gorgeous master suite.

Two additional guest rooms- one with a King Bed and the other a Queen are located on the 2nd floor. These rooms share a large full bathroom just down the hall.

Finally, on the top level you will discover a room children and adults will enjoy- with 2 Queen beds and full private bathroom. This room also has the fun stuff…. A video game from the 80’s… Galaga and an X Box for your enjoyment. Board games also provided.

Enjoy New York City pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast or go have a drink at the Tiki Hut. Forest Beach area has a lot of activities to enjoy.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses within 20 minutes of the home. There are over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts to enjoy.
