It was great, with plenty of room, the couple complaints we had was the AC on the second floor, the rental company did send portable Ac units out and sent an HVAC guy out but it was still hot, could definitely use a sectional, not enough room for everyone to sit, the clothes dryer was clogged full of lint and sand and wouldn’t dry out clothes, my son had to fix it, also mold in the bathroom off the bunk bed bedroom. It was a great neighborhood though, safe and quiet, quick drive to beach and any shop you wanted to go to!

Overall - this place worked for what we needed. 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. It looks great in pictures but once inside - stains on couches and rugs. Lots of upkeep that has been ignored. Again it worked for what we needed. Did it warrant the price - maybe. Heavy emphasis on maybe. It was like a nice house but when you look closer, not so nice.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head because of sea turtle vacation rentals. Everything was as advertised and the bunk room with big movie theater screen was amazing. So much to do that we need to go back.

What a place! It had everything we needed plus some. Very well stocked with kitchen ware, linens, cleaning supplies (soaps, dish and laundry detergent, etc), games, kid activities and more. One of our days was cold and rainy but kids stayed entertained with the pool and games. We had plenty of room to cook most of our meals at the house. Check in, check out and communication with the owner was great and super easy. Kids are ready to go back!

We stayed at this property for a two-family beach vacay and we had 4 adults and 5 kids. The pros: The house was very clean. I can be a stickler for random hair or dusty corners, and it passed inspection The kids room was a big hit, and there was plenty of room for all the kids to sleep. My son LOVED playing the PlayStation. The house had a great supply of both beach and bath towels, and it had a great supply of beach supplies- wagons, chairs, boogey boards. There was also hand soap already there in all of the bathrooms, and a good supply of toilet paper. Once we made contact with the golf cart shuttle to the beach, it was pretty easy to get from the house to the beach. The kitchen was also decently well stocked, and the beds had solid mattresses. For cons: The house is much older than it appears in pictures. The bathrooms were particularly dated, and all the toilets, showers, cabinets just looked worse for wear. The bathrooms also had barely any hanging space for towels- especially in the kids room. For the bunk bed in the kids room, a ladder was completely disconnected on one side and made us all nervous to let the kids use it. The house has a washer and dryer, but the dryer had no lint trap. they’re both very old and we had to run things at least 3 times to get them dry.. The unit has no info on the golf cart beach shuttle, and when I called the # on the fridge, the Sea Turtle help guy had no Location and functionality were solid, so overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

Located on a slower part of the island and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves despite the holiday. Really enjoyed the property and didn’t have any issues.

House was as great as pictures showed. Walk to the beach was fine in the morning but would have been rough in the heat of the day. Complimentary golf cart shuttle to and from the beach was awesome!

Clean, Beautiful and Safe

My family rented this property for a family reunion. It was perfect! The place was exactly as listed (down to the stuffed animals in the bunk room!) and we all loved our stay. The house was clean, beautiful, stocked very well and had a nice (small) clean pool and was pretty close to the beach! It was a bit of a walk for my elderly parents but there are beach carts available for free that will take you if you ask. Wonderful place! We'll definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This house was exactly as advertised. It was enough room for 9 of us to each have our own space to chill and hang out. We loved having a pool and having a free golf cart take us to the beach was a great added touch. I think the property should get his number for the guests as we had to go out and find him in order to call for a ride to the beach. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely recommend!

Everyone had a blast!!

Excellent location. Heated pool was great. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The kids’ room is brilliant. Short walk to beach to watch sunrise. I DO NOT recommend riding bikes after dark in Hilton Head because the paths are not at all lit and you will be blinded by car headlights.

Excellent!

What a wonderful place to stay! The beach is relatively close, with a golf cart that runs 6 days a week to ferry you there whenever you'd like. This is one of the few rentals I've found where the pictures don't actually do it justice. The house is huge, plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 young children we had with us. The kids loved the pool in the backyard, and the multiple porches were wonderful to relax on. It is also very close to lots of good food options, but far enough away from the major hubs so it doesn't feel that touristy. All in all an incredible stay and my family would definitely consider staying there again anytime we are all in Hilton head.

Scott Family Vacation 2024

This was the first year our family rented a vacation home. 9 Henry Lane far exceeded our expectations! Being in one home instead of two condos was exactly what we needed to reconnect and make new, lasting memories. The home was clean, with comfortable beds, and plenty of living space for us to spread out and spend individual and family time. There were a couple things (the dishwasher door not closing / rack broken, washer/dryer needing repair) we called maintenance for and the management company was very responsive; also having the app made check-in and check-out seamless. Thank you for an overall “BEST VACATION EVER” experience🤗
