Welcome to Doc's Sanctuary! This apartment is located in what was once the home of Industrialist Seabury Gould; founder of Goulds Pumps. This italianate building built in 1850 has been a home, the town hall, and most recently a family medicine practice; now a spacious apartment located in the center of Seneca Falls in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes Region. Private parking, safe community, walking distance to downtown, and private entrance to second floor apartment.
