The Living Room:

The Guest Bedrooms
- Bedroom 2 is a spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed, sitting area, large closet and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3 is a smaller bedroom with a queen sized bed, desk and closet.
- Both queen beds are equipped with Casper mattresses and made up with soft, quality linens.
- Both rooms have glass-paneled doors leading out to the back yard.

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Primary Suite
- En-suite bathroom in Bedroom 2
- Third full bathroom off the hallway, with sink, toilet and shower.
- All bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire property.

The property is serviced bi-weekly for pool cleaning and once-weekly for landscaping. Service days for this property will be included in the step-by-step check in instructions sent on the morning of your arrival.

The Alvarado is located on a quiet, neighborhood street in La Quinta Cove. The property is fully gated so you'll have plenty of privacy.

"Old Town" La Quinta is less than 2 miles away and has lots of dining and entertainment options. The home is also easily accessible to t he Empire Polo Grounds (the site of Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals) as well as numerous top rated golf courses. Hikers or mountain bikers will love the extensive Bear Creek Trail network within easy walk from the house.

The Coachella Valley is best accessed with your own car and we have space inside the gate for 2 cars to park. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent for short trips.
