I am not sure why it’s called a studio? It is just a normal hotel room with a great view of the ocean. Great location. The unit is definitely tired and could use updating.

Centralized location along Ali'i Drive in Kona with great air conditioning! A must for those hot, muggy days. Host met us in-person as our original room had something broken so she switched us to another room.

We have a wonderful experience. The room is simple but has an absolutely incredible view and is in a wonderful location! We could easily walk all around the town of Kona, and we could hear and see the waves from our room.

Prime location with a gorgeous ocean view. It is in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. All in all great place to stay at while visit Kailua-Kona. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Host was very informative of the check in process and guidelines before my arrival. I would recommend updating and maintenance of the unit. (sliding door was hard to open, shower head was leaking water, bad odor behind the fridge, bed mattress was worn out also the skirt was dirty).

Great location at a great price.

We stayed here for nine days. The unit is small with no kitchen, but that was just fine for us. You can’t beat the location, we were an easy walk to most restaurants and the beach. It has an awesome swimming pool and hot tub.Parking is a challenge, during the busy times we had to park offsite.
