Convenient, clean studio right in the heart of the Kona downtown area. Free parking, easy check-in and -out. Was pretty pricey for a single night, but probably because it was the weekend of the Ironman competition, which we were unaware of when booking.

Walkway came out to an ocean cove, the main activity street Alli. Excellent for foot exploring in Kona. I left a note with the front desk. When we arrived there was a odd towel number count and a Cupcake box with food left in the closet cooler. I do not want to be responsible for someone else. Cheryl

Price for a studio was a little high but actually the cheapest I could find with it being Labor Day weekend and bike week on the big island. Small studio but we only needed it for showers since we were flying out that night. AC was cold and shower worked great. Big enough for 1-2 people who will be spending a week at the beach.

Was sufficient for my short stay, didn't spend much time in the studio room, nor was able to use the amenities. Weather was chilly and raining. Close to beach but not swimmable due to weather. Restaurants and small stores are directly behind the property so no need to drive. The only issue is the limited parking, but the on street parking did help.

Our host was very responsive and even let us check in a little early since the room was ready to go. Inn is easy to find on both main roads, and has a nice pool and outdoor area. Only notes would be the couch and bed were older and a little uncomfortable. Amenities were basic, but sufficed for our one night stay.

Awesome location! Within walking distance to a lot of really great restaurants, stores, and the beach! It was perfect for just two of us. A few things need some minor maintenance (the hand towel rack was not fully secured and the screen door came off at one point) but otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice studio in the heart of Kona. Walked to restaurants and pubs. Close to the market as well. Clean and very roomie for two people. Nice balcony as well. Highly recommend.
