E komo mai (welcome) to this charming condo in Kona!

Settle in to this lovely location that is centrally located within steps of all that Kona has to offer. Restaurants, beaches, bars, farmers market, historic landmarks and nightly activities.

The complex is tucked away in a quiet corner that makes it easy to get out and explore and enjoy peace by the pool or on the private lanai after a day adventuring.

The entire space is designed with your comfort in mind.

The space
We are excited to have you visit Kona on the big island of Hawaii and spend time at this special condo!

We are brand new to VRBO as hosts, but have spent lots of time as guests around the world. We love the sense of home and ability to settle in that short term vacation rentals offer.

Our condo was fully remodeled in February 2025. We have put the finishing touches on it and worked hard to cultivate the best experience for each of you, our guests.

You will find the condo well stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, read and cool off at the pool, enjoy the beach and walk to and from the best eats, shops and historical monuments in Kona. Please be sure to look over the complete list of what is included in the condo and what we stock in each room.

Quick answers to some FAQs:
There are 3 beds total - one queen size bed and two twin size beds in a classy day bed in the living room

Fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate, air fryer, microwave oven, toaster and refrigerator. Bake, cook, boil and prep anything you want to enjoy at home. Outdoor are two full-size BBQ gas grills.

Guest access
The entire condo unit is yours to use and enjoy. On the complex grounds are a private pool and hot tub for Kona Islander guests, BBQ grills and and outdoor shower. There is also shared laundry with multiple washers and dryers available for use.

Other things to note
Our entire rental was fully remodeled and updated in 2025. Everything is brand new and designed for your comfort, relaxation and fun. It's truly a gorgeous piece of property, lovely unit and fun easy-access to all the big island has to offer.

The entire complex and condo are 100% smoke-free, vape-free and e-cigarette free.
We are not allowed to accommodate early check-in times per the HOA rules at the complex. Please do not ask for early check-in.

We had a great stay! Clean, well equipped and great location. Our only hiccup was getting into room the first day where our access code on keypad wasn’t working. Luckily the staff at the building helped us get ahold of hosts and keypad re-set. Minor stress, which was quickly resolved by hosts. I’d definitely stay here again!

This small appartement was really well equipped. You can find there everything you need for cooking, making coffee. We really appreciate beach chairs. Beautiful balcony hidden with plumeria tree is intimating.
