Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry your stay fell short — that should not have happened. We’ve shared your notes with housekeeping and maintenance. We’ll deep-clean and inspect the floors to remove stickiness, repair or replace the noisy/ineffective bathroom fans, and fix the broken balcony lock (we’ll also check all unit locks). We’ll also review our pricing and amenities to make sure the value matches the condition of the unit. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos you can share so we can investigate, address these issues, and confirm the fixes. Thank you for letting us know.

Thank you so much! We’re so glad to hear you loved the property. At Liquid Life, we want our guests to create lasting memories in a place they truly enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the feedback. I’m sorry your stay fell short — the floor cleanliness, mold on the shower ceiling, corroded showerhead and rod with falling hooks, and the missing toilet paper are unacceptable. I’ve flagged these items with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate attention and repairs, and we’ll reinforce our cleaning checks going forward. If you’re willing, please message us through Vrbo with any photos or additional details so we can follow up fully. We appreciate you staying with Liquid Life and hope to host you again.

Thank you for your review, Meaghan! Unfortunately, during peak season check-in can take a little longer. Our check-in begins after 3pm, which we communicate in all of our arrival emails, and we monitor our cleaning system to send guests their code as soon as the property is ready.

We are glad to hear that you had a great time Brian. It's wonderful that you found the time spent relaxing and enjoyable. If you decide to visit again in the future, we hope you can unwind and enjoy even more of what our place has to offer!
