We just put this property on VRBO recently after a year of only being on abnb where we average 4.98 stars on over 40 reviews!
Just off Harmony Road, and minutes from I-25, you'll have easy access to many of NoCo's attractions - Shopping, Dining, Hiking, Biking, Breweries, Wineries, Golfing, and more!
Daytrip to Denver or to the many nearby mountain attractions (Horsetooth Reservoir, Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Boulder & others). At the end of the day, relax on the patio as you watch the sun set over the mountains!
Fully furnished single story home with modern decor. Primary bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle. 2nd bathroom with tub/shower. Open concept kitchen has an island with seating for 3. Dining area with table for 6. Gas fireplace and sectional sofa in living area. Reading nook with desk, chair and loveseat. Laundry room with washer/dryer. 3 car garage. Note: the backyard, wood fire pit will be unavailable due to HOA fire pit restrictions. However, the back covered patio includes a gas fire table that is available for use.
