Experience the charm of Historic Downtown St. Charles with the convenience of being steps from Main Street's renowned restaurants, boutiques, and local attractions. As this property is situated directly in the heart of the downtown district, guests should expect the natural sounds of an active Main Street, including traffic, pedestrians, nearby businesses, and increased activity during evenings and weekends. This is a vibrant urban setting rather than a secluded, quiet retreat and may not be ideal for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise.

Please note there are several stairs to get into this unit.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

We are ONLY dog friendly. A non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided and will be manually collected. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.

Strict NO SMOKING policy. A fine of $250 will apply.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. Shipping charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
