Beautiful, Brand New, Immaculate Home in South Tyler.
Just minutes away from all the shopping and your favorite restaurants!

The beautiful, new home is located 5 minutes from South Tyler, located between highway 69 and Old Jacksonville Hwy. This is a Great location for a family, large or small, thar wants to enjoy lovely East Texas. The home features an open concept living space with a beautiful fully stocked kitchen.

MASTER SUITE:
This home features a lovely master suite with a king bed, walk-in shower, tub and a nice size closet!

ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Twin Bunk Beds | Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin bunk beds(4 beds)
(All beds contain a waterproof mattress cover. The Master bedroom has a Smart TV and nightstands)


OUTDOOR LIVING: A private, fenced backyard yard with a covered patio and relaxing patio furniture.


GENERAL: Free WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, washer and dryer, hair dryer, hangers, iron/board, keyless entry, linens/towels, and trash bags. We provide a starter pack of paper products but do recommend bringing extra for longer stays.

Beautiful Flint, Tx home

This home is beautiful, beds a very comfortable. Lots of seating at the counter and table. Plenty of sleeping for everyone with 1 king bed, 2 queens, and 2 sets of bunkbeds, our family of 6, had plenty of room. You will enjoy this beautiful home.

Friend group in town for a Phil Wickham concert. Your home is lovely and perfect for our group of 4 couples. Everything we needed was provided and very comfortable.

Great Place to Stay

My sister, husband and I stayed at the “Gathering Place” in October 2024 to visit family that lives in Flint. The home is beautiful – almost new – spacious, well equipped, and clean. We got there later than planned and found that the owner had been kind enough to not only leave the lights on for us, but also some snacks in the pantry. We hope to visit again and would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Tyler area.

Welcoming Home

We stayed here with 2 other couples while in town visiting Kiepersol Winery. The house is so cute and so comfortable! Everyone slept great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need! The communication was great with the property owners as well. We would highly recommend this VRBO. Again comfortable and clean!! We loved it!!

Christmas with famil

The property was absolutely breathtaking. Inside and out the property was very clean. The layout was perfect for our needs. Our son moved in May to Tyler and had no PTO time so the rest of the family came to them. We laughed and visited to our hearts content. The kitchen was stocked with soooo much that we didn't have to use half of the stuff I hauled with us. They kept in contact throughout the stay checking in to see if we needed anything. Meals were a breeze for the 10 of us. Such a relaxing time to spend with family in an environment that was extremely comfortable. Can't say enough good about this property. Multiple thumbs up and hope to enjoy this gem in the future for more family gatherings.
