This space has been lovingly refurbished with features like exposed brick, wood flooring polished to a shine, and antiques reflecting Utica’s industrial history. The host is exceptionally responsive to messages. All in all, a cozy, interesting space. Guests should know, though, that there is a steep stairway to this second-floor flat, for anyone who might find that a problem.

Great Accommodation!

This property was the cleanest place I have ever stayed, including hotel rooms. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owner is a master craftsman and every inch of the space was amazing. Very quiet and private as well.

Good location close to downtown. Felt very safe. Very clean and very well maintained. Unique apartment with lots of character. Didn’t really hear any one else in the building during my stay. Large very clean bathroom. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I just needed a place to stay while in town to watch my kids play hockey, and this was perfect, just a few minutes from the Nexus Center. The only negative for me was that I found the bed to be uncomfortable. Mattress was a little too firm but not really supportive (I prefer a softer bed). Put a super comfortable king size bed in this place and it would be perfect. TV is very small but that didn’t bother me.
