Nestled between vines and sod, this magical late 1700's 5 bdr/, 3 1/2 bath farmhouse with additional outdoor shower exudes a healing presence that residents and guests all acclaim, all with the modern comforts of 2023. Hot tub, gym, flower and veggie gardens, multiple deck areas for entertaining, sonos, wifi. filtered water, double refrigerator, double freezer, air fryer, washer/dryer, oven/stove, outdoor weber grills, smoker, outdoor games/sports, hammocks, fountains. Completely private. Short walk to some of the best vineyards, farm stands and sound beaches the Northfork has to offer. Per town code, there is a 14 day minimum to rent this property.

Retreat Accommodation

We booked Dina's property as additional accommodation for a nearby staff retreat. This location, while a bit removed from 'downtown' shopping areas, is incredible - wide, expansive, natural, and incredibly well-curated. The house and property are full of such character. Vinny, the caretaker, was so communicative and willing to assist with anything we might've needed. My only regret is we didn't get to make more use of the facilities with our larger group; would've been great for relaxing and bonding! Highly recommend booking this property for a large group needing to get away from everything.
