This beautiful home, in The Village of Fernandina, is everything you need for a wonderful staycation. Walk in to the open floor plan with beautiful floors, three bedrooms, and even a fireplace - this house is decorated to the hilt! Enjoy grilling your dinner and sitting out on the lanai to enjoy the peacefulness that surrounds you. This house is centrally located in The Villages and is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the neighborhood pool.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fiftyfive (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME - Only Small Dogs Allowed

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Great place to stay!

We were there for a family celebration. The location was perfect for us as the celebration was within walking distance! Grandsons enjoyed the pool just a block away. The home was very clean and supplied all linens and towels.

Amazing rental!

My husband, two children were in town for my fathers funeral. The Sunny Delight was less than a mile from my moms so we booked it. We couldn’t have been happier! They had everything we needed and then some! Will definitely rent again. Major plus!!! Short walk to the family pool!!

First Villages Experience!

Everything was lovely! We had my elderly parents ages 78 and 83 with us as well as my sister and her little Yorky. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. It was comfortable and centrally situated with easy access to town squares, and grocery stores. It was a half a block from the swimming pool/recreation center called “Manatee” where we also tried pickle ball for the first time! What a hoot! We truly enjoyed running around in the golf cart that was provided with the house! So much fun!! We did rent a second golf cart in the Square because there were five of us and we didn’t want to overload the four-seater golf cart which is better suited for two people (4 passengers made it a bit hard to drive!) The property manager/host Theresa, was very responsive, helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We were sorry to have to leave to go back home because we had really made that house our “home away from home”! We can’t wait for a follow up visit!
