Why they chose this property
A-Frame's have always been an obsession of mine. There is something about the floor to ceiling windows that just keep you so connected to the outdoors. The 600 sq ft deck is what really drew me in though. Living in Phoenix, the summers can just be brutal and we lack "seasons". Flagstaff has always been a place I can go and feel refreshed. A place I can actually see the stars in the sky at night and the hear the soft wind through the pine trees. Kachina Village specifically has always been by favorite neighborhood. It's rolling hills and hiking trails are amazing and I love that it only takes me about 2 hours to get there from the Valley. IT just feels like the perfect location to spend a day in Sedona, check out the Flagstaff breweries and just kick back and actually relax for once!
What makes this property unique
The deck might be one of the biggest in Kachina Village and gives you all the treehouse vibes. It's a heavily treed lot so lots of shade and there are great hiking paths nearby. Our kids LOVE the park in Kachina Village. We also get lots of comments on how comfortable the beds and bedding are and how well people sleep when they are here.
