About this property
STUNNING WATERFRONT HOME ON PITCHER POND - LINCOLNVILLE. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths!
This brand new 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath open concept living home has all of the comforts of home, set on one beautiful acre with 275' of lakefront property on Pitcher Pond in Lincolnville, ME. This is truly a premium property with beautiful finishes, high end furnishings, 2 fireplaces, ultra modern fully stocked kitchen, incredible location (only a short drive to Camden/Rockport/Belfast, and 45 minutes from Acadia National Park), and first class swimming, fishing, and boating in pristine Pitcher Pond.
Voted one of the “top 20 Towns in the U.S.” by Outside Magazine Lincolnville was first settled in 1774 as a farming and fishing community. Over time it has become home to an eclectic mix of people that includes artists, writers, craftsmen, world-class sailors, boat builders, winemakers, lobstermen, farmers, and just about any other profession you can name.
The pictures speak for themselves, but you can enjoy every moment inside with the breathtaking views of the lake from the "wall of glass" on the main floor. The modern kitchen has every amenity you would need from top-tier modern appliances, to all of the cooking and serving utensils you could possibly need.
The furnishings are all very high quality. All linens, towels, etc., come with the house. We have portable a/c units available for your use. We need to know in advance. Smart TV is available. Just bring your ROKU, FireStick, AppleTV and connect to the high speed internet.
The dock is there for fishing, lounging, swimming or canoeing with the 2 canoes that are available for your use.
Outside furniture, fire pit and a barbecue are also included. Lots of parking.

About the host
Hosted by Michael Farquharson
My family live in Boston and have been coming up to Mid Coast Maine for the past 15 years. We bought our first house, right across the street from this one. We have been making this available to VRBO renters since 2014. When the property is not rented, our family is there whenever we can be. It is the prime area of Maine for things to do.....anything you can think of, it is there. Fine dining, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, Acadia National Park, Lobster.....on and on... For us it is heaven on earth and we love to share the properties and have our guests enjoy the area as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique in that it is a fully realized home with all of the amenities you would expect in a home. Livable all year round, this property is one acre with plenty of room to "spread out". Where most other rentals tend to be smaller seasonal camps or cottages, this is a full house, furnished immaculately and tastefully. It is unique given it is so close to the lake Most properties close to the lake are much smaller. It is a gem.
