Be close to it all this summer! The fully renovated, three story home, offers an open lay out with multiple sun-lit and de-cluttered living spaces. Expansive outdoor space with plenty of space to play and lounge.

First Floor: Enter from the oversized covered front porch to the first level which features an expansive foyer, living room with wall mounted tv, cozy sunroom, formal dining room for 8, powder room, chef's eat-in-kitchen with breakfast table and island seating for 4, and mudroom with full bath and laundry room. Furthermore, off the kitchen is a private staircase and exterior entrance to a private bonus room with a queen-sized pull-out couch perfect for a home office, den, or a spare bedroom.

Second floor: The main second level is replete with three bedrooms and three full baths, including two ensuite bedrooms. Additionally, the second level offers an oversized family room with wet bar, sectional seating, and wall-mounted TV. Off the family room is a smaller den with pocket doors and a queen-sized pull-out couch, which can be used as an additional sleeping space or just an extra space to relax and stream your favorite shows. Description of second floor bedrooms:
Master: The expansive master suite opens to a balcony overlooking the backyard. The suite's bathroom is replete with double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
Bedroom 1: This room offers a queen-sized bed along with a standard sized crib. There is a full bathroom right across the hall from this bedroom.
Bedroom 2: This room offers a bunk bed and a twin-sized bed, both with trundles underneath, sleeping a total of 5. Perfect kid bunk room. This room has an ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Third floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed
Flex room: Full-sized bed
Full bathroom in hallway which includes a fully-functioning sauna!

Be sure to enjoy the noteworthy outdoor amenities during your stay, including the back deck, running the length of the house, which offers a lounge area, dining for 8, and Weber gas grill. The property sits on 1 acre with ample backyard and lawn space surrounding the large western facing, heated, gunite pool. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, 1-car garage, backyard play set, and central AC.

This house is fully child-proofed including safety electrical sockets, a pool fence, and retractable gates on all of the staircases. Let us know if you are coming with children and we would be happy to leave out some toys. Available on request: pack-n-play, high chair, toddler chair, changing tables, sound machines.

A short 15 min walk or 3 min drive to town with lots of great restaurants and shopping. 4 minute drive to grocery store and pharmacy. 7 minute drive to the beach (tenants to pay for own beach passes).
