This lovely Cape Cod cottage is located at the end of a quiet street, yet still very close to beaches, major roads, Brewster White Caps baseball games, shopping, and restaurants.

With its southern exposure, the cottage is filled with light all day and you will enjoy the peaceful backyard while you are hanging out on the enclosed sun porch. There is a small yard with access to an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

An attached garage gives you the space to store bikes, kayaks, canoes, boards, and beach equipment.
